Completely and tastefully refurbished hotel - most customer-oriented staff - room was fresh and spacious with high ceilings - check in was a breeze - room was huge - staff could not have been more pleasant or friendlier - spectacular view - window overlooking one of the bridges across the Allegheny
Hotel had all of the wonderful features of a historic building - a beautiful nostalgic corner room with great views and plenty of space - staff was friendly and courteous - beautiful and relaxing decor - check in and out was very speedy
Hotel wad as beautiful as the pictures on their website had showed - lobby was absolutely gorgeous and nicely decorated - beautiful view of the city - delicious breakfast - awesome view
Hotel itself offered a more romantic atmosphere - room was beautiful and spotless - waitress was a sweetheart - building was beautiful - rooms were very spacious and comfortable - staff were incredibly gracious, helpful and friendly - bed and sheets were top-notch and very comfortable
