The room was quiet and clean - breakfast was the typical Hampton Inn fare with plenty of hot coffee - the parking ramp was well lit and a safe place to keep your car
The hotel had a shuttle that could take you to a few of the local eateries and attractions, vey convenient - plenty of parking, with a fee of $14 per night
With easy access to public transportation, as well as a shuttle bus to the local area - staff was pleasant and responsive - the hotel was within walking distance to restaurants and shopping
The beds were comfy and there were plenty of linens in the room - the clerk at the front desk was nice - the breakfast was included, along with round the clock coffee and internet service
Complimentary tea and coffee were always available in the lobby, which was very nice - the room had a large flat screen TV with plenty of channel options - the decor was newer (more…)

Nice hotel, nice price and good location - beds were comfortable and nice - very great bathroom - they offered a lot of items in our room - friendly and helpful working staffs here
The hotel was conveniently located near a lot of restaurants, stores and gas stations - our kids liked the swimming pool very much - breakfasts were quite delicious and palatable - we were extremely pleased by this property - there were lots of restaurants and shopping places nearby

Historic in its design yet modern with its options for travelers and people staying here - the hotel was amazing to look at - it was apparently a designated heritage site - the hotel was five star all the way - a great place to stay in Pittsburgh

There were a lot of things to do around the hotel - stayed here while I was in town for business and had a quite pleasant experience - would be back next time - the hotel was close to the airport - stayed at the hotel to catch an early morning flight - the lobby was beautiful
Clean and comfortable rooms - large bathroom was spotless - the room was of decent size - loved the flat screen TV - wireless internet worked well during our stay - the property was amazing
Located in a suburban area, but featured a very nice surrounding - lots of shops and restaurants nearby - the main downside was the location, right on the interstate, it was a little noisy at night
Room facing the interstate was a little bit noisy - everything was fairly new after the renovation - accommodating staff - the housekeeper did a great job
Had no complaints about traffic noise from the interstate - our room facing the shopping center was quiet and clean - the hotel was very nice and provided modern amenities

Everything of the hotel was good - 5 minutes driving to nearby stores - super market nearby
Breakfast in lobby was nice especially for kids - rooms equipped with a refrigerator, oven and stove - high end hotel - pets were welcome - enjoyable stay
The suites were completely cleaned after dogs stay in the room - full hot breakfast with many choices - snacks available every Tuesday to Thursday evening in the lounge area
A large gas grill at out-door courtyard area with beautiful view of the surroundings
The staff responded quickly - the hotel was around 15 minutes to downtown Pittsburg area
A mostly residential area with high rise apartment buildings - a home away from home
Only 1 Italian restaurant across the street - numerous restaurants in walking distance or short drive - plenty of local campus nearby - bathroom lighting was not bright enough
No separate reading light over the headboard - the mattresses were covered with plastic to avoid bedbugs - the management was very understanding - the hotel located on a busy street
It was definitely an urban residence Inn - 2 elevators in the property, one from the street to lobby, the other from the lobby to the room - "home town" friendliness - a unique hotel

The location of the hotel was close to the airport and the downtown city - the front desk was courteous and helpful - my room was exceptionally clean and spacious - a nice outdoor swimming pool - there was a basketball court
