Jewish-Israeli Film Festival is going to held in March 2010, which brings together with it the authentic customs and traditions, movies and cuisines from Israel to Pittsburgh. Movies will be shown in 8 theaters including, The Manor in Squirrel Hill and Southside Works Cinema.
Pittsburgh Wine Festival is going to be held in April 2010, which will offer a wide variety of wines including celebrity wine makers from around the world.
Silk Screen Asian American Film Festival is going to held from May 7-16, 2010. This film festival features Asian-American and contemporary Asian films. This festival also showcases Red Carpet Gala, celebrates Asian creativity, Asian music concerts.
53rd Annual Pittsburgh Folk Festival will be held from May 14-16, 2010. This festival will feature customs and traditions, food and entertainment from more than 30 nations. In the festival you can learn dance, enjoy the cultural exhibits, can shop in the international market, and buy traditional crafts.
Pittsburgh International Children's Festival will be held in May 2010, at Oakland. The performances will be showcased at the Studio Theater, Bellefield Theater, and Charity Randall Theater. This event is free of cost to the public. Along with the movies you can also enjoy roving artists, exhibitors, booths, educational and cultural activities.
