There is an on-site parking garage serving visitors to Carnegie Science Center and Highmark SportsWorks building. For non-members, parking is $5 per vehicle while member parking just charges $3 per vehicle. This parking facility is also available for non-visitors and the rate is $5 per vehicle as well. - Parking Gold 1
This parking lot features friendly accessible parking spaces for the disables. Located at the on the W. General Robinson Street & Art Rooney Avenue, this lot offers services 24 hours every day throughout the year. When it comes to the parking rate, it is never a burden. No matter how long time you park during the daytime, the rate is $6 flat rate. If you want to park vehicle here overnight, the rate is just $5. On weekends, parking is $5 per vehicle per day.
- Parking Lot Gold 2
This uncovered parking facility is built at North Shore Drive, near Fort Duquesne Bridge. Buses14 and 18 have stops here to pick up and drop off passengers. Parking at this lot is $3 flat rate per day for each vehicle. So if you prefer economy parking, this one is strongly recommended.
- West General Robinson Street Garage
This garage is at the corner of W. General Robinson and Reedsdale Street, and the entrance is at 668 W. General Robinson. It can hold 1300 vehicles parking at the same time and is one of the largest parking facilities in North Shore district. As the covered parking facility, this garage is accessible for vehicles at most 8′2″ (about 2.48m) high. As for the rates, you will be charged $3 for the first 2 hours, $6 for the first 4 hours, $8 per day and $140 per month. Overnight parking is $4. It is operated from 4:30 pm to 1 am Sunday through Monday and the weekend rate is $4 per day.
- Parking Gold 4
Gold 4 is located at the junction of 1B/North Shore Exit and I-279. It is an open-air parking structure and charges $6 for per vehicle per day, and $5 per vehicle overnight. It is open from 5 am to 10:30 pm Monday through Friday, and 24 hours on Saturday when the rate is $5 per vehicle.
- Red Lot 6
This uncovered parking facility is located at 100 W. General Robinson Street, offering 800 spaces including disabled ones. This lot opens Monday through Sunday, from 5 am to 1:30 pm. The parking rates are $7 per vehicle per day, $5 overnight, and $20 on event days. Monthly parking is $115.
