Carnegie Science Center Exhibits Information

With more than 400 on-site hands-on exhibitions, the Carnegie Science Center is regarded as a great destination for people to appreciate science and technology. 1) Highmark SportsWorks

The Highmark SportsWorks really does a great job in giving visitors a chance to put their courage, talent and potential to the test. 5) USS Requin Submarine

6) Zeiss Exhibit

7) Tissue Engineering

Titled as "If a starfish can grow a new arm, why can't I?", the Tissue Engineering would give you a chance to learn more about skin grafts. This exhibit will share with you the science and technology behind the complex procedures. Besides, after this exhibition, you are expected to be equipped with the basic knowledge about how human beings get injured and healed.

Science Stage

The Science Stage is a place where you can explore various scientific facts through a vivid Science Stage demonstration. The demonstration would help you address a series of issues, like how to make robot think and feel just as human beings, how underwater organisms take care of themselves and many other similar questions. 9) Kitchen Theatre

10) Works Theatre

13) SciQuest

Children always ask "why" and they can come up with a bunch of questions almost every day. The RiverQuest boasts a beautiful boat that is specially designed for education. The tour of this section would cost you about one hour in total.
