The museum holds the reputation for providing research facilities and a library almost unparalleled in the resources it offers. Carnegie Museum of Natural History covers 115,000 sq ft. of land area, well organized into library, research zone, 20 galleries and office area.
Carnegie Museum of Natural History boasts of an overwhelming collection of 21 million exhibits among which around 10,000 objects are displayed all the time. The Life Sciences section constitutes of Botany Hall, Hall of African Wildlife, Hall of North American Wildlife, Dinosaurs in Their Time and Discovery Room.
