Perfect location close to airport - many shopping and dining options nearby - convenient transportation to many part of the city
Clean rooms - with good view over the valley - basic furnishing - nice kitchenette with small fridge and microwave - nothing spectacular, just okay - outdated property
Good service over all - nice staff - quick check-in and check-out - professional and accommodating
Great airport shuttle - parking was good - parking lot was not big though - slow elevator - impressive fitness center - high speed internet access in my room was really low speed - food was not bad

Everything of the hotel was good - 5 minutes driving to nearby stores - super market nearby
Breakfast in lobby was nice especially for kids - rooms equipped with a refrigerator, oven and stove - high end hotel - pets were welcome - enjoyable stay
The suites were completely cleaned after dogs stay in the room - full hot breakfast with many choices - snacks available every Tuesday to Thursday evening in the lounge area
A large gas grill at out-door courtyard area with beautiful view of the surroundings
The staff responded quickly - the hotel was around 15 minutes to downtown Pittsburg area
A mostly residential area with high rise apartment buildings - a home away from home
Only 1 Italian restaurant across the street - numerous restaurants in walking distance or short drive - plenty of local campus nearby - bathroom lighting was not bright enough
No separate reading light over the headboard - the mattresses were covered with plastic to avoid bedbugs - the management was very understanding - the hotel located on a busy street
It was definitely an urban residence Inn - 2 elevators in the property, one from the street to lobby, the other from the lobby to the room - "home town" friendliness - a unique hotel
Higher floor with nicer view - open windows - accommodating shuttle drivers - the pool with glass roof was a nice size for kids, it was not crowded (more…)

Kitchen area was nice and well equipped - nice big living room - kitchen was well equipped with stovetop, fridge and glasses - customer service was second to none - rooms were very clean and comfortable
Located next to PNC Park - room had a fully-equipped kitchen and large TV - excellent place for jogging with a beautiful riverfront trail - food was tasty and reasonably priced - check-in was quick - decor was spectacular - views of PNC Park were great– staff was superb and responsive
Convenient to Heinz Field - room was cozy, comfortable and pretty - wonderful staff - good waffles at the continental breakfast - great place to stay - shuttle drivers were very knowledgeable

The location of the hotel was close to the airport and the downtown city - the front desk was courteous and helpful - my room was exceptionally clean and spacious - a nice outdoor swimming pool - there was a basketball court
Close to numerous shopping and restaurants - room was in great shape and bed was comfortable - wifi connection was good - lots of closet place - reasonable price
This hotel was perfect for my needs - rooms were always clean and had everything I needed - the breakfast they offered was wonderful with various selections - excellent and convenient shuttle service - the hotel was clean and maintained
